Privacy policy

- We store the storefront photo, the logo, your email and the options you type, so we can make the mockup.
- Those records are deleted automatically 30 days after we save them.
- This test build does not take card payments, so we never see a card number.
- Test-mode pictures are labelled samples of a fictional brand. They are not your logo.
Who we are
SignProof is a product of TheSaaSGuy, a sole trader in Budapest, Hungary. Contact: getrichwithsaas@gmail.com.
What we store when you send a storefront
- Your email, and Instagram handle if you typed one.
- Sign type, optional width, notes, and which pack you asked about (preview, one storefront, or five).
- The storefront photo and the logo file.
- The time you ticked the Terms box, and the four campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) if the page had them. Those tags are not your name.
- A preview image we generate, when one is ready.
We do not ask for a password or an account. We do not sell this data. We use it to make and show the mockup, to limit abuse, and to reply if you write to us.
Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract, and the contract if you later pay (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), plus our legitimate interest in keeping the service from being flooded (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it lives, and for how long
Files and the form record are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Every one of those values is set to expire 30 days after it is written. The public preview link uses a random id. It is not listed on the site. User uploads are not given a public link; only the preview image is.
The preview limit stores a short hash of the connection's IP address with a salt, not the IP address itself, for about 48 hours. That hash cannot be turned back into the address by us.
Cloudflare also processes technical data, including the IP address, for a short time to serve the page and block abuse. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Test mode
Unless the service is switched to live mode, the pictures you see are labelled "Sample - test mode". They show a fictional brand, Juniper & Rye. We do not send your photo or logo to an image model in test mode.
Payments
There is no Stripe checkout on this build. The buttons say payment link TBD. If a payment link is added later, the card payment is handled by Stripe and this policy will be updated. We would still not store the card number.
Analytics and cookies
Page views are counted with cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics (page, referrer, browser type, rough country). We do not set a tracking cookie. The campaign tags above stay in the tab's session storage so the form can include them, and they are cleared when the tab session ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the record, or object to how it is used. Email getrichwithsaas@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hungarian authority NAIH (naih.hu) or the authority where you live. Deletion before the 30 days is the same email.
